1. Description of Services

WASHCONSOLE INC provides premium hand car wash and auto detailing services at our facility located at 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. All services are performed on a first-come, first-served basis or by scheduled appointment.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are approximate starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed by our staff upon vehicle inspection. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care of your vehicle, WASHCONSOLE INC and its owner, Rajiv Patram, shall not be held liable for:

• Personal Property: Any items left inside the vehicle during the service. Please remove all valuables before handing over your keys.
• Pre-existing Damage: Any scratches, dents, or mechanical issues that existed prior to the service. We conduct a brief visual inspection, but customers are encouraged to point out any existing damage before we begin.
• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WASHCONSOLE INC and is protected by United States copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
